As usual, the dishes were extremely tasty ... there is a star deduction for the wine service ... Placing the bottle on your leg in order to open it (despite empty tables that could have been used for it) is and remains a no-go ... also using a drop-stop, you can use it at zero eighteen fifteen wines in the banquet when at all ... and the friendly waiter's charming excuses don't play a role either ...

Very good service and delicious food, but not very cheap ? Treat yourself to special occasions.

We can in no way confirm the previous article regarding the alleged ignorance of hygiene measures. On the contrary: we have been there often this summer and have never seen it. Generally a very recommendable restaurant where everything is just right.

Unfortunately, the corona measures are being ignored. Although the staff wears a face mask, they hang it decoratively under their chin or nose. Guests who go to the toilet on the way through the restaurant and do not wear a face mask are not asked about it. Occasionally, Bussi on the left and Bussi on the right are exchanged with apparently better known guests. For leaving a lot of money in this restaurant, you could expect not only good food but also consideration for the health of your guests. Wearing a face mask doesn't hurt. Not even after several hours.

The wine man here really knows his stuff! Loved this little restaurant tucked away on a quiet street near a busy shopping district. I can’t say the food was the best I’ve ever had, but it was all very tasty. If you are in the area and want to relax and have quality drinks I highly recommend Hase.

Excellent food experience!

No consideration is given to residents or guests in the nearby hotel at night! The noise and hassle continued until after midnight, that's what I call ruthlessness at its best! Even a host must adhere to the rules!

Excellent food. Had a three course meal that thrilled the bank. Brisk and friendly service, you couldn't do better.

Everything I ate was fine. The wine was great, the staff tried hard. But there are also other good restaurants at least half the price. The prices were in no way understandable to me.

We had a very tasty lunch in a nice atmosphere today. The day menu was particularly great. You could choose between a menu or individual dishes, which were arranged according to the season. For me, the large selection of delicious desserts was a big surprise, as they go beyond the usual standard (ice cream with strawberries or the like). The staff was very attentive. We will be happy to come back.

Too loud. Too crowded. Had ordered lemon and leek soup; it didn't work. Kindly it was not calculated. Staff is friendly and courteous.

A chance find and a very nice one. The restaurant is quite full, but still cozy. Already when I ordered I was pleasantly surprised, the menu came in the form of a man-sized bar which the waiter put in front of us, a nice change, I think, but that should be a matter of taste. The service was very friendly and the food was really good, only the partly different way of serving the same dishes confused me a little. It was also positive to note that despite the high number of guests, there were never long waiting times. All in all, I was very happy and will definitely come again on an occasion.

Tables are so small

The food is simply amazing. Nice Rioja Wine , Carrot Soup with Rose Fish. I would really recommend it. Price can go from 40+ pp. Waiter was kind enough to explain the Menu in English.

Absolutely exquisite dining room and a world away from the heavy-duty dining of Cologne’s many brauerei pubs. Cooking is solid but refined and the wine list is excellent. Would recommend the duck, sea bass and Pfalz sauvignon blanc.

Wonderful twist on comfort food! We opted for having another starter as a main because the menu presented to us was simply irresistible. The seafood and fresh produce were high grade. The scallops and prawn in our dishes were perfectly cooked. It was a pricy meal for Köln but the prawn on my tuna tartare alone was worth it.

The place can feel a bit too much like a "Brauhaus" when packed. But when it's not super crowded it's nice and the food (pork cheeks!) is delicious.

We had great dinner at this restaurant. Absolutely delicious! There could be a bit more space between the tables. It's not a good place for very intimate discussions unless you want your neighbors to take part :-)
